Pakistan has enthusiastically attempted to execute FATF’s Action Plan through concrete and noticeable steps to remove “strategic inadequacies” which will determine the result of the forthcoming FATF Review. But, once again the antagonistic, loud, obnoxious and war mongering Indian Media, being the puppy of Narendra Modi’s fascist government has launched a hostile anti-Pakistan campaign to sabotage Pakistan’s case in FATF. This hyper, insensitive, fake and agenda-oriented media is seeking to mislead global world and organizations like FATF in order to achieve its confined political interests against Pakistani state. But the question which persist today and the world is seeking answers to it is where is this hostile media when the world witness’s financial irregularities and terrorist sponsoring proxies inside India itself. Are these power dynamics only limited to the developing states? Are these rules only confined to the economically weak states like Pakistan? And if you are a high-powered influential state, you can smooth your way out with the aid of global organizations and the global world. Let’s take a deep dive into Indian terror nexus, financial irregularities and FATF’s radar.

India’s armed forces have marginalized and oppressed the country’s minorities in all forms. Most of these acts of injustice have their roots in prejudice based on religious or social status. The country has been drifting farther to the right since the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) took office in 2014, prioritizing Hindu majority areas at the expense of the Muslim minority. Hindu groups have also attacked the Muslims that the BJP supported on several occasions. Ever since Modi took office, Muslims have been assaulted and prevented from exercising their constitutional rights, whether it be in regards to what they consume, what they dress, or where they pray. Hindu insecurity and their need to put this show of supremacy at every chance they get is going to get a lot of people killed. You don’t have to like Muslims. Only have to accept them as human and deserving of the same rights as everyone else.

It’s no secret that India has been exposed for facilitating TTP and Daish to operate from Indian Territory. Everyone is aware of Kalbushan network, but India has not yet come to terms with the fact that it is the only nation actively funding terrorists through organized groups around the world. Swami Aseemanand, key figure in the Hindutva terror network, who was arrested by the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) from Haridwar, has himself confessed to having planned terror attacks on Ajmer Sharif, Mecca Masjid, Malegaon and the Samjhauta Express. His 42-page confession, recorded in Hindi, has been reported in Tehelka news magazine’s latest cover story “In the Words of a Zealot.’’ “I told everybody that we should reply to bomb blasts with bombs. I told everyone since 80 per cent of Malegaon are Muslims, we should explode the bomb in Malegaon.’’ – Swami Aseemanand.

Indian spy agent Kulbhushan Yadav admitting to foment terrorism in Balochistan and Karachi confessed, “I was picked up by RAW in 2013 end. Ever since I have been directing various activities in Balochistan and Karachi at the behest of RAW and deteriorating law and order situation in Karachi, I was basically the man for Mr Ani Kumar Gupta who is the joint secretary of RAW and his contacts in Pakistan especially in Balochistan Student Organization. My purpose was to hold meetings with Baloch insurgents and carry out activities with their collaboration. These activities have been of criminal nature, leading to killing of or maiming of Pakistani citizens. “There are finances which are fed into the Baloch movement through various contacts or various ways and means into the Baloch liberation (movement) and various activities of the Baloch liberation and RAW handlers go towards activities which are criminal, which are anti-national, which can lead to maiming or killing of people within Pakistan and mostly these activities were centered around of what I have knowledge is of ports of Gwadar, Pasni Jewani and various other installations, which are around the coast damaging various other installations, which are in Balochistan”, he added.

Indian sponsored proxies in Afghanistan was a prime example that always remained unattended by international organizations including FATF. In November 2020, the then Foreign Minister Shah Mehmood Qureshi and DG ISPR Maj. Gen Babur Iftikhar in a press conference exposed Indian terror nexus working against Pakistan with what they called “irrefutable evidence”. DG ISPR displayed for the first time what he said were documents, banking transactions worth millions of dollars, audio clips and details of contacts between Indian intelligence operatives and diplomats with fugitive Pakistani militants operating out of Afghanistan.
“Uncontrivable evidence reveals that Indian embassies and consulates operating along Pakistan’s borders have become hub of terror sponsorship against Pakistan,” the General said.

Considering all this, Why FATF is not paying heed to Indian sponsored terrorism? Why has Indian media become a proxy of state sponsored propaganda? The messy neighbor has become a messier terror sponsoring sanctuary for the world. The world is eyeing India’s propaganda model. The world has already seen India’s propaganda model being exposed by EU disinfo Lab. The international organizations, in order to maintain their trust and legitimacy need to ponder the criminal case of our messy neighbor India. Else, these institutions will merely become an existing label for the world. Pakistan hopes to exit grey list in the forthcoming session despite all negative propaganda’s and a collective effort of state institutions in line with the direction of government of Pakistan. Let’s hope for a better decision and a better outcome for the future of economically- troubled and catastrophe-hit state. This is the need of the hour.
