RIYADH: A Red Sea Development Company dialogue check-in as a part of its annual Elite Graduate Program has been hailed as “inspirational” and “energizing” by the newest group of scholars enrolled within the course.

The Riyadh meet-and-greet, led by TRSDC CEO John Pagano, welcomed the third batch of scholars collaborating within the course, which goals to mentor younger Saudis and create job alternatives, particularly within the Kingdom’s rising tourism and hospitality sectors.

Mohammed Al-Ghuraiyr, a pupil enrolled in this system, instructed Arab News that the session “was inspiring, and gave us hope to build the future of tourism and hospitality in Saudi Arabia.”

Al-Ghuraiyr, who works as a mission supply specialist in this system, described Pagano as a “great leader who offers positivity and motivation.”

The program takes Saudi graduates by a complete on-the-job coaching course.

The program’s third version started on March 8. All enrolled college students are current graduates with a bachelor’s or grasp’s diploma.

Students undergo a set of assessments and interviews earlier than being chosen for his or her streams, which concentrate on operations, cybersecurity, mission growth, company wellness, sensible vacation spot, finance and funding, mission supply, price, business and procurement, surroundings and sustainability, and inside audit.
