Karan Johar quits Twitter for positivity; netizens react!

Bollywood’s ace filmmaker Karan Johar has bid his final ‘goodbye’ to Twitter to focus more on ‘positive energies’.

After getting done with the latest season of his hot favorite talk show ‘Koffee With Karan’ last week, with a promise to return with season 8 next year, Karan Johar has also taken an exit from the social media platform, Twitter.

On Monday, Johar took to his since-then deactivated handle on the micro-blogging site, to announce his decision. “Making space for more positive energies only and this is step one towards that,” he wrote in his final tweet and added “Goodbye Twitter!”

Soon after his announcement, the filmmaker, who usually is on the receiving end of online trolls, was not spared even this time, with Twitterati giving all sorts of reactions to his decision.

On the work front, Karan Johar is back in the director’s seat with the upcoming film ‘Rocky Aur Rani ki Prem Kahani’ starring Alia Bhatt and Ranveer Singh. The film was previously scheduled for early 2023 release, however, has been postponed due to shooting delays.
