Increasing the working hours of Amirkabir parking lot in Tehran


Mohammad Reza Sheikh Bahai On Monday, in an interview with IRNA reporter about the news about the closure of Amir Kabir parking lot, which was put into operation last week by the mayor of Tehran, he said: the nature of construction projects is that they are put into operation with limited defects, but these defects are a nuisance for citizens to use It does not create a plan.

He added: This is also the case with the Amir Kabir parking plan, and this parking lot has been operating and providing services since its operation, and its working hours, which were at first from 8 am to 4 pm, were increased to 6 pm.

Saying that this project was abandoned for 13 years and became a sleeping place for drug addicts, Sheikh Bahai added: The neighbors of this project were involved in this issue for years and they had problems, but in the current period, it was put into operation by spending 55 billion credits.

Emphasizing that now the elevators, fire extinguishing and lighting systems of this complex have been fully utilized, he reminded: we are not allowed to limit the capacities of Tehran municipality and despite the problems we have had with financial resources, this project was put into operation. It was made available to citizens.

According to IRNA, the opening ceremony of the largest underground parking lot with a capacity of 550 cars, called Amirkabir parking lot, was held in the presence of Tehran Mayor Alireza Zakani on 17 Shahrivar street next to Amirkabir metro station on 30 Mehr 1401.
